Noteworthy Results in Residential Construction Litigation

Mr. Bergmann has had considerable success representing clients in residential construction litigation. For example, after a 3-week jury trial, Mr. Bergmann obtained the largest  judgment on a home construction defect case in Warren County's history (to that date)--$1,200,000--in a case against a local custom home builder.
