Noteworthy Results in Residential Construction Litigation

Mr. Bergmann has had considerable success representing clients in residential construction litigation. For example, after a 3-week jury trial, Mr. Bergmann obtained the largest  judgment on a home construction defect case in Warren County's history (to that date)--$1,200,000--in a case against a local custom home builder. Musuraca v. Kurlemann Builders, Inc, et al., Warren County Case No. _________________

Conversely, Mr. Bergmann has successfully defended home builders and subcontractors against construction defect claims in instances in which their work was done in accordance with the contract, applicable building code, and industry customs and standards.
